What's a Skitiot?

Skitiots (Skît´ê-ets)

For over seven years the Skitiots have been traveling around the country, teaching, performing and making students and families laugh until they cry. Their no nonsense, improvisational, sometimes hilarious, sometimes dramatic response to the world and the issues of our time, make them a must see for all ages.

Eric Swink

Eric Swink

Eric was born a Skitiot, he just didn’t know it yet. It was both the Skit Guys (Tommy and Eddie) who took Eric under their wing when he was in high school and as his faith grew he began to travel around the country doing what he does best. It’s ironic now that Eric who began in this ministry by being inspired by the Skit Guys has now surpassed them in every way. Many refer to him as a younger, funnier, better-looking Skit Guy. Eric is also finishing up His Communication Degree at Texas A&M and is marring the Love of his life Alicia in May.

Jessi James

Jessi James

Jessi grew up in West Texas on a ranch. She was no stranger to the Ministry, with a rancher/music evangelist father. Jessi developed a love for performing at a young age that began with singing along side her Dad and then grew to acting at the local theatre company, and now traveling the country performing. Jessi is currently finishing a Communications degree at the University of North Texas and attends the Village Church in Denton.

Ben Fuqua

Ben Fuqua

Ben lives in Dallas with his “Hot and Holy” wife Danielle. He has been involved in Ministry for most of his life and since graduating High School over seven years ago has been able to team up with student ministries around the country. He even spent a year in Russia working with teenagers in Moscow’s Public Schools and outreaches to Orphanages. When he isn’t being a Skitiot or working one of his other many jobs he is finishing His degree of Biblical Studies at Criswell Bible College.

Our goal is to communicate the truth and grace of God the way Christ asked us to by loving and laughing and teaching and living the Gospel out in front of others.
